Our client gifting process begins with a phone consultation where we discuss your gifting needs as well as your brand and brand's style; all in an effort to get a clearer idea of how to best serve you.

From there, a customized design proposal is created for you that outlines every aspect of your gifts right down to the branded logo tags.

Frequently Asked Questions

We require 2-4 weeks to source, assemble and deliver/ship custom gifts based on order quantity and need for customization. 

Yes. There is a 20 gift minimum order required for client gifts.

We offer three sizes of gifts (mini, standard and deluxe). Our mini gifts (2-3 gift items) come in 7 x 7 x 4.5 inch gift boxes. Our standard gifts (4-5 gift items) come in 9 x 9 x 4.5 inch gift boxes. And, our deluxe gifts (6-8 gift items) come in 10 x 10 x 4.5 inch gift boxes. We are also able to customized our gift boxes to your specific needs and style.

All gift items will be stored at our studio until your new client has been onboarded. At this time, a simple process is required for your new client to have their gift shipped directly to them on your behalf. 

Although our services includes designing every aspect of your gifts including the paper goods, if you wish to have your own branded material/items included in the gifts, those items can be shipped to our studios and will be included during the assembly phase.

Yes! We love the personal touch of handwritten notes. 

Shipping cost is included in the total investment of your gifts. Along with the shipping cost, the cost of branded logo bands or tags and note cards are also included. If the gifts are to be shipped internationally, the cost will be billed separately once the gifts have been taken by the carrier.

All gifts are shipped via USPS or UPS.
